Domestic Violence Surcharge - Pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 2C:25-29.4, any person
convicted of an act of domestic violence
(as that term is defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:25-
19) shall be subject to a surcharge in the
amount of $100. This surcharge is in
addition to other penalties, fines and/or
charges imposed pursuant to law.
